Check out these wonderful reviews!
“When I read Tamara Philip’s debut story, The Trouble with Playing Cupid, I really enjoyed it and was surprised at the great writing style for a newbie. However, I am now totally blown away by the amazing improvement in writing and style. The story follows Tom and December, two famous people in their own right, who fall in love, but have the pitfalls of fame and fortune to contend with. Clarissa, December’s best friend comes into her own in this book and I can possibly see other books coming out that follow some if the other interesting characters in the series. There is also a bonus of another short story which is a lively seasonal tale of love. Well worth the read. Well done Ms Philip“
“The second book in this series shows how the author has upped her game. She increased the drama without losing the romance. She also did a good job expanding on the main characters – December and Clarissa, and the relationship between them. I look forward to the next book in the series.”
“Great, easy and fun read as we get to see Clarissa experience love with an unexpected stranger and tackle an unforeseen danger from December’s past who has come back to cause trouble for our heroine but a nice surprise awaits us at the end that is sure to put a smile on the reader’s face. I would totally recommend first reading Trouble with Playing Cupid so you can meet these wonderful characters.”
I am so touched that I’ve been fortunate enough to receive for the sequel to my debut novel, The Trouble with Playing Cupid. I aimed for a darker, more dramatic twist with The Trouble with Romance and it looks like it paid off for these fabulous readers. THANKYOU ALL SO MUCH!
